How sensitive is a prespecified model response contrast to integration resolution and network seed?

Compute the contrast from evaluator-selected trajectory windows and preserve all seeds; a network-model result does not validate a clinical interpretation.

  • Versioned protocol, input and environment manifest, and independent per-case comparison table including uncertainty and incomplete cases.
