Familywise error with independent null p-values
Compare unadjusted and Bonferroni thresholds on fixed-size families of synthetic uniform null p-values, with analytical familywise probabilities.
Proposed original example. Source release and any execution are separate steps.
How does applying twenty tests change false-positive risk under a declared independent-null model?
Compare simulations with 1-(1-threshold)^20 for each fixed threshold; the calculation is conditional on independent valid uniform p-values.
